The software connects suitable Influencers, with campaigns automatically, using data-driven software to find and handle the best online personalities for every campaign. Joining the audiences of micro-Influencers together, to produce a greater whole, in a recipe that has created a revolution in Influencer Marketing.


Online personalities have proved to be a successful digital marketing strategy. However large celebrity channels have an audience of millions with a diverse range of people. Unfortunately for products targeted at certain groups, this is rarely an effective strategy. Using Micro-Influencers together allows for more targeted campaigns, selecting Influencers who operate in their own niche. INFLURY makes the process of finding these Influencers streamlined and effective, making the benefits even more attractive to our clients. Our software is able to specifically choose accounts on social media that fit a brands target market. Our clients provide specifications as to what the posts should look like, providing their own examples or choosing from some of our templates. INFLURY will then handle the entire campaign process for our clients, making sure they can focus on key business goals.

INFLURY is currently in a phase of international growth, with access to more than 2 million Micro-Influencers worldwide. We’re looking for scrappy and fearless team members to be part of this growth story.

As an Account Executive at INFLURY, you will execute and shape our sales methodology, forecast your sales numbers, achieve your new/net quota each month, and uncover strategies to develop yourself and grow the business. You will be responsible for partnering with and advising prospects on our unique value proposition, evangelising our solution and ensuring that the broader market understands how we are shaking up the way Influencer Marketing is done. We’re looking for a start-up oriented candidate to bring their creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication and competitive drive to the team.

What you’ll need to be successfull
- 2+ years experience in sales (or a similar role)
- A rare competitive fire, and the drive to work collaboratively on the team to take INFLURY to the next level
- Comfortable engaging with prospects and building relationships with excellent follow-up skills and tenacity to turn leads into customers
- Proven track record of success by hitting and surpassing quotas and business objectives
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviours and build growth plans
- Willingness to learn and develop within the company
- Experience with HubSpot (or Salesforce) and LinkedIn
- Experience with Social Selling
- An understanding of the media landscape (Influencer Marketing or Social Media is a plus)

What you will be doing:
- Winning new business
- Create, maintain, and develop a sales pipeline through a combination of cold and warm calling, email campaigns, and industry knowledge
- You will be supported by SDR’s to hit your targets
- Deliver a value-based sales pitch
- Develop expertise in the Influencer Marketing industry by identifying trends, market challenges, ideal customer profiles, and competitive offerings in your territory
- Exceed quarterly/annual key performance metrics by selling INFLURY solutions into new accounts across multiple vertical markets
