Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer

Your mission

• Create and supervise Influry’s product design strategy together with the CPO
• Translate the product and company strategy into design guidelines and processes
• Design new and improve existing features based on qualitative and quantitative user research
• Play an active role as part of a growing product development team in an agile environment

Your skills

• You have at least three years of professional experience as a product (UX/UI) designer
• User tests, mockups and prototypes are no strangers for you
• You know how to handle Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma or your favorite graphics and design tools
• You have an affinity to advertising and experience with startups
• You are goal oriented and value function over taste
• You are not afraid of technical specifications and data analyses
• You are fluent in German and English
• You think mobile first and understand Millenials as well as Gen Z
• You are a passionate and hard-working team player
• You pay attention to detail and strive for excellence
• You appreciate challenges and like to solve hard problems
