Duties
The main goal of customer engineer is to elicit, record and communicate complete testing requirements from customers

• Interface with the customer on call, chat, email, etc.
• Help customer flush out complete requirement and testing goals
• Respond to common queries from the customer
• Communicate with the operations team member complete requirements
• Ease customer journey through the project fulfillment process

Essential Qualifications

• Background in Materials Science, Mechanical, Chemical or related fields is a must. Background could be educational background or work history in the related field.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts on the fly
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Customer service experience
• USA or Eurpoean customer facing experience is a plus
• Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
