Duties
The main goal of customer engineer is to elicit, record and communicate complete testing requirements from customers
- Interface with the customer on call, chat, email, etc.
- Help customer flush out complete requirement and testing goals
- Respond to common queries from the customer
- Communicate with the operations team member complete requirements
- Ease customer journey through the project fulfillment process
Essential Qualifications
- Background in Materials Science, Mechanical, Chemical or related fields is a must. Background could be educational background or work history in the related field.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts on the fly
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Customer service experience
- USA or Eurpoean customer facing experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
