Part-time Marketing Internship - Equity - Remote O.K.

Description

IndieFaves is looking to hire a marketing intern with strong creative and social media skills. Photoshop experience a plus but not required. We are looking for energetic team members with excellent communication skills. Must be available for 3-5 hours for 2-3 days a week between the hours of 9 to 5.

• Develop partnerships with influencers and bloggers

• Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks

• Assist with online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more

• Utilize social media to engage with a community of fans/followers online

• Coordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns

• Collaborate with internal departments on projects and assignments

Please note: This is a equity-based remote internship.

Requirements

• This position is not Major Restricted but a Marketing/Business or Language major is a Plus

• 1 plus years of experience with Internet and social media platforms

• Solid understanding of youth markets

• Energetic and creative

• Hard-working and team-oriented

IndieFaves is a fast-growing fashion and technology startup in the Bay Area - San Jose. We are looking for qualified marketing interns for our social media outreach.

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in areas of business operations and marketing. The intern selected for this position will work directly with the founder and will get a chance to learn first-hand about the various aspects of building an e-commerce business. Responsibilities and learning opportunities will include but may not be limited to social media engagement, designer outreach and partnerships and product management.

After a three month period the intern may be eligible for a part-time or full-time position.
