The Role

Responsibilities and Duties
Successful lead generation & conversions through different channels- IPCs, Local Brokers, Partnerships and Direct Company deals,
Relationship management with Client Company’s key decision-makers & their onboarding
Building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers by attending networking events
Updating CRM with leads and sale pipeline records
Cross-Selling – Up Selling to existing Clients
Existing Client Expansion
Conducting site tours and on-boarding
Maintaining 100% occupancy and achieving sales targets
Qualifications and Skills
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience – 3-5 years of relevant experience
