Who is our customer:
Incremint has created a unique offline to online model for democratizing access to financial products & services through its tech first approach. At Incremint we have 2 divergent client pools – influencers & end-users. In a short span of time Incremint has onboarded 6,000+ influencers and 30000+ end-users.

About the role:
You are expected to make informed revenue-driven decisions and leverage data-driven insights to drive ROI. The primary KPIs for the role are ‘Customer Satisfaction’, ‘Revenue Retention’ and ‘Account Growth’. You would be working directly with the CEO and leading projects that span across teams – technology, product, outreach & operations.

Prior experience in product management and/ or marketing automation and/ or marketing analytics would be an advantage.

Job responsibilities:
• Leading initiatives to enhance customer journeys, implement marketing automation, and to improve the effectiveness of the sales delivery process.
• Champion the customer journey, including but not limited to welcoming new customers, engaging existing customers, reducing drop-offs in the journey, re-engaging with old customers, managing the customer relationship through ongoing renewals (let’s never lose them!)
• Conduct quality reviews of & course correct with regard to customer engagement delivery.
• Educate customers on existing and new products, thereby improving the cross-sales quotient
• Meet or exceed customer retention goals for assigned customers through planning proactive engagement
• Lead special projects and collaborate with internal teams on projects, programs and tasks.
