Mission:
As InceptoFolio Sales Leader you are the 'Go-To' person for all business partnerships and distributions activity.
You lead all scouting activities to identify potential partners and drive the selection process based on clinical, ease of use, regulatory, integration, references, culture and trust criteria. You lead this activity across all Imaging sub-specialities such as neuro-radiology, cardio-vascular, musculoskeletal, oncology or emergency.
You are responsible for putting in place the partnerships agreement and follow their implementations by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Incepto returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Incepto teams to deliver.
As InceptoFolio Sales Leader, you are responsible to drive sales opportunities through InceptoFolio.

Responsibilities:
• Set the strategic goals for InceptoFolio.
• Identify and select potential partners
• Set up business agreement with partners
• Drive demand generation activities with partners through events and campaigns.
• Manage partners from a portfolio stand-point and align them with opportunities for potential success.
• Develop distribution channel for Incepto’s applications, leveraging digital marketing.
• Participate in the definition of Incepto’s projects and applications

Profile:
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a Partner Sales Management position.
• Experience working with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) markets.
• Relationship-building skills
• Team work
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to learn
• Negotiation
• Presentation Skills

Preferred skills:
• Knowledge and experience working with cloud technologies.
• Experience in digital marketing
• Excellent ‘Impact and Influence’ skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to multiple audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable working in and through a cross-functional organization.
