The Role:

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on leader who will develop a team that is driven to deliver results. The right candidate will be able to:

Create and manage a highly-efficient team as player/coach
Demonstrate solid sales skills to motivate medical billers and their practices to roll out our solution (the initial sale will have already been completed)
Project manage multi-month implementation projects - great organizational skills are critical
Have a strong passion for delighting customers
Convey a powerful value proposition to existing customers
Report to senior management on key metrics
Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics
Work well in a start-up environment - coordinating with support and engineering teams on customer requirements

Requirements:
Sales experience (farming)
Onboarding / project management expertise
Technology / software background
Management experience
Healthcare experience a plus
Bachelor Degree
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
