More specifically, Inbox Health develops software that creates transparent and efficient patient billing and payment processes. We work with health care providers and billing companies to transform the way they do business by creating a more efficient workflow leading to better results and happier patients.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be asked to work closely with our users and product team to help support patients, providers, and billers who have questions while using Inbox Health, and to help our product team improve product efficiency by identifying strategies to streamline our business.

Typical day to day expectations:

Come in full of energy ready to change the world!
Respond accurately and professionally to incoming chats and phone calls
Be organized and respond promptly to support tickets
Build out and maintain our customer support center (FAQ, a guide to customer sign up processes, etc.)
Track trends in customer questions, bugs in the system, etc.
Think broadly about product capabilities and customer needs to help develop the product
Be curious and ready to learn in-depth about the product, industry, competitors, medical jargon, etc. (the smarter and more engaged you are, the more successful we will all be!)
Interface with the product/engineering team to innovate new approaches
Our Ideal Candidate will:

Be super smart
Love interacting with people (and is very articulate)
Possess a Bachelor's Degree (or is currently in pursuit of a bachelor's degree)
Have some Customer Support Experience (not required but a plus)
Be confident to take on initiatives and new roles
Come ready to contribute new and creative ideas!
Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus!

We are nestled in a cozy, rustic, tech-oriented building two blocks from the New Haven green.

Hours are from 10 am to 7 pm – Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year

**At this time, we're primarily looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish.
