💊 Role

Your mission is to conceive, develop and execute Inato’s marketing and communication strategy, and you will be reporting directly into our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this role, you will work to develop Inato’s brand, build awareness globally with customers and lead communication efforts for the company. You will work with the broader team including the Product Marketing Manager, Sales team, CSO and CEO to better position Inato as a leader in technology-enabled clinical research.
This full-time role will be based in our New York City office. We will compensate you with competitive salary and equity.


💊 Responsibilities

CREATE AWARENESS
Work with the Sales team to develop and execute a marketing plan that will drive short and long term pipeline and revenue growth
Leverage a broad and appropriate mix of marketing programs (inclusive of event marketing, direct marketing, and digital marketing) to maximize awareness, relevancy, consideration, and adoption of Inato solutions
Execute awareness campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics including (not limited to) executive engagement, seminars, webinars, on-site customer briefings, integrated campaigns, digital & social media, marketing automation, and in-person events.

NURTURE RELATIONSHIP WITHIN THE INDUSTRY
Ensure appropriate communication and collaboration with key stakeholders
Provide market and competitors' analysis
Support global tradeshows and conferences, and executive roundtable meetings.

BRANDING
Ensure created content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
Manage the brand equity of our products including developing our website content and strategy.
Manage marketing program execution against committed timelines and within budget
Set appropriate success KPIs and track measurements to determine impact and ROI
Create, reuse, and maximize the use of compelling, impactful content and promotes the value of Inato


💊 Requirements

The ideal candidate is a broad and highly skilled marketing generalist who has a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, is continuously results driven and incredibly self-motivated.

Excellent English language/communications skills, both written and spoken
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Minimum of 3 years of B-to-B marketing experience in the life industry
Strong interest and working knowledge of modern digital marketing and analytics

Interview with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Candidates will be asked to prepare 2 example marketing pieces (details to be provided) and present them to the CEO, CRO, CSO and CPO.
Final interview will be in person with the CSO.
