💊The role
Your goal is to drive client success. You will be the main point of contacts for our users and will guide them through our product to make sure they make the most out of it.

Project Management: Launch projects with our clients
- Launch the platform for dedicated clinical trials / therapeutic areas
- Coordinate between Inato and its suppliers to make sure project are launched on schedule
- Ensure project success and continuous client satisfaction
- Implement customer success processes

Bring value to our clients
- Work on complex analysis for the client to help them take better decisions
- Solves all problems clients are facing

Improve team performance
- Challenges existing processes
- Improves team standards
- Be the voice of the customers inside Inato to provide inputs to the product roadmap
- Drives roadmap to ensure client satisfaction and scalability of operations
- Challenges other teams to improve performance

Support our users
- Setup and lead onboarding sessions
- Help customer use our product to its full potential. Assist them when they need help to use our product
- Improve tools & processes to be as efficient as possible

💊Minimum qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in client-facing roles for enterprise (tier one) accounts
- Excellent academic qualifications: master's degree from top tier business school or equivalent
- Knowledge of pharma/biotech industry is a plus
- Fluent in English - English is the main language used in the company
- Absolute dedication to our clients: your objective is that our clients love you as much as they love our products
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and influencing skills while presenting to technical and non-technical business audiences
- Highly organized with great follow-up skills
- Motivated by the idea of having a large impact and learning quickly in a fast-growing startup
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and take advantage of new concepts
