THE JOB

• You will be responsible for building highly scalable platforms that meet the needs of some of the largest retailers in the United States. • You will be a primary owner of one or more components of the platform and will drive innovation in your area of ownership. • You will work closely with the product team to gather requirements and add capabilities to deliver analytics solutions that deliver insights on extremely large data sets.

WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE

• 8-12 years of frontend experience, proficient in React, should have been in a team that developed a product UI from scratch.

• Should have designed frontend architecture, have held technical ownership for delivery of frontend functionality by a team. • Developed Rest & GraphQL based API’s. • Hands on experience with web technology: HTML, JavaScript and CSS3. Good experience in any of the following JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React or Vue JS. • Experience with Data warehousing solutions like BigQuery, Redshift or Presto will be an added advantage • Good with concepts of scaling and working with distributed systems • Keeping yourself up to date with the latest technologies • Review and influence new evolving design, architecture, standards and methods with stability, maintainability, and scale in mind • Research, evaluate and socialize new tools, technologies, and techniques to improve the value of the system • Be able to multi-task, prioritize and handle dependencies with minimal oversight • Good writing and communication skills • Be able to multi-task, prioritize and handle dependencies with minimal oversight
