Illumine Labs Pvt Ltd is Early Education Technology startup which enables Early Education institutes for efficient nursery management at scale, engage parents and evolve in the field of early childhood education.
We are solving Key Challenges in Early education where 90% of Brain development happens for every kid. Enabling parent to know more about their kid's growth along with their busy daily schedules. Empowering Teacher to focus on teaching instead of Day to day operations.
Our First version is available in App Store(link) & Play Store(link). We are building the next version which covers Parent engagement, Curriculum Management & School Daily Workflows for Parents, Teachers & School Admins.




RESPONSIBILITIES

● Write maintainable/scalable/efficient and modular code for a very front end for the platform.
●Design and develop user interface for business sensitive consumer-facing e-commerce portal.
● Work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during entire SDLC.
● Follow coding standards, unit testing, code reviews etc.
● Follow release cycles and commitment to deadlines.
● Own and drive business features into tech requirements.
● Design & develop full-stack modules and components.
● Hands on in the end to end technology stack development.
● Quickly create quality prototypes.
● Assist peer developers for coding and troubleshooting.
● Staying updated on emerging technologies.
● Promote coding best practices.
● Ensuring that all deliverables adhere to our world-class standards.
● Mentor and develop junior developers in the team.
● Experience building multi-tier web applications, experience working on all layers of the stack is a plus.


SKILLS / EXPERIENCE


● B Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college.
● Minimum 3 plus years experience in developing front-end for large-scale web-based consumer-facing products. Hands-on developer & focused on being an individual contributor.
● Skills: UI, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 & Node.js or React.js or Vue.js or Angular.js
● Strong understanding of mobile platforms and browsers.
● Strong CS & HTTP fundamentals
● Experience and expertise in UI architecture, component/framework design
● In-depth strength and experience in JavaScript
● Excellent programming skills in HTML5, CSS3
● Building advanced responsive layouts
● The React.js background is essential, Node.js is a plus.
● Ability to write code compatible across browsers and other clients.
● Exposure to mobile-based interfaces, social media
● Good understanding of backend systems i.e. web services, APIs from a consumer perspective.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering is a must.
