OVERVIEW
We are looking for a NYC-based, high energy, results-driven Demand Generation Lead to spearhead C-suite focused paid marketing (SEM) and technical SEO.

As a Demand Generation Lead, you will market Icreon’s digital innovation services to medium and large companies across different industries. We are seeking candidates with B2B paid marketing experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Retargeting), and strong technical SEO skills (keyword gap analysis, technical SEO web fixes, etc). Strong organizational, interpersonal, and research skills are a must with a data driven mindset being key to success in this role.

A skilled Demand Generation Lead will work with the marketing team to inject Icreon’s messaging and brand into all aspect of the sales funnel. The Demand Generation Lead will be joining the sales and marketing department in the NYC office at an exciting time. The department is expanding its team size, which will open growth opportunities for team members from within the company. The ideal candidate will enjoy being given direction and resources to succeed, while also suggesting improvements to the existing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Generate qualified sales leads from executives of mid-market companies and non-profit organizations through paid and organic SEO channels
● From a digital engagement and re-engagement OWN THE FUNNEL! Work closely with the VP of Marketing to devise innovative growth hacks to acquire leads and market to them in different as they move through the sales funnel to support the sales executives
● Understand and effectively communicate Icreon's value proposition via ad copy and assets that resonate with C-suite executives and nonprofit leaders
● Create, test, iterate ad copy, develop assets and strategies to optimize results
● Manage monthly paid advertising budget
● Evaluate competitors’ paid and organic SEO strategies to identify opportunities for us to acquire more inbound traffic
● Work with Director of Content & Brand to support their thought leader, white paper, blog, and social content to expand inbound SEO traffic
● Implement and monitor website technical SEO to constantly improve organic search page rank

REQUIREMENTS
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid and organic B2B lead generation
● Experience managing ad budgets of at least $5,000/month
● Experience gaining insight from data in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
● Proven track record of supporting a sales team with paid marketing and remarketing
● Proven track record of drastically increasing organic site traffic as well as search engine page rank
● Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality, driven at all times to meet and exceed goals
● Must have strong writing skills
● Excellent verbal communication
● Organizational and reporting skills
● Self-motivated and flexible, with a drive to hit the ground running
● Understanding of the latest terms and terminologies within the digital / consulting space
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a plus, out of the box ideas are loved by this team
● Strong excel skills are must
