CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

• Building relationships with airline professionals

• Develop b2b Sales-led Playbook

• Iterate the sales process

• Hold prospect meetings with airlines professionals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years in b2b Sales

• Experience with Conversational AI Solutions e.g. IBM Watson / IBM Cloud, Google Dialogflow, Facebook Wit.ai or Rasa

• This role requires 100% flexibility to travel and work on-site with clients

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills


WHAT WE'RE DOING

ICM Hub provides an artificially intelligent (AI) solution to help airlines, who have trouble keeping up with increasing, frequent customer inquiries. ICM Hub provides automated, first-class and AI-powered customer interaction, so that the service personnel can focus on the difficult customer conversations. It's bot solution has already been launched with LATAM Airlines and topbonus loyalty (an Etihad Airways Company).


WHAT WE'RE BUILDING

ICM Hub's bot platform is designed the way to interact with a traveller through a conversational mobile interface. The heart of our solution is using natural language to automatically respond to user questions, walk users through processes or information, and even hand-hold users to make decisions about their trip. During conversations we can track and store customer information to learn more about our users, guide them through processes based on their unique situation, or process their information to help them take action and book add-ons to their itinerary.

OUR CHALLENGE

We are building something that’s never been built before for airlines. Our product, an intelligent agent that we call Uhu, and works on their behalf to answer any traveler questions across different language. We integrate with the various platforms the businesses use for their back-end & distribution (e.g. Amadeus & Sabre), and we give the user the freedom to interact with us through various communication platforms (e.g. Webchat, SMS, Facebook Messenger). If our bot doesn't know the answer, it seamlessly brings in a human agent.
