Yes, we are an early stage company with an ace team and world class product. We need help. We are looking for Business Head NCR - someone with proven track record of growing businesses and sales. You need to have a growth mindset, an itch to create something new and hunger to succeed. You should be a strong leader who is action oriented and takes challenges head on.

Responsibilities:

• As Business Head NCR, you would be responsible for the entire business growth of i2e1 in Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida and Ghaziabad.

• You would be independently responsible for Top Line growth of NCR P&L. For this purpose, you need to create strategies, action plans, and execute them.

• The role would include business opportunities coming from other North Indian cities (we do not have teams there yet but get inbound inquiries that we service).

• You will be a key member of the organization's business team and expected to contribute towards business planning and strategies of i2e1 as a whole, with specific responsibility of execution in North India.

• Forge partnerships and alliances with other companies with complementary products or services, as needed to grow i2e1 business in NCR and other parts of the country.

• Responsibility for carrying out and managing promotional activities, as needed or required, to increase i2e1 business in NCR and other parts of the country.

• Lead organisation wide talent development initiatives in areas of your strength like communication, sales design and processes etc., that help other team members like technology, analytics also to grow professionally.

• Act and behave as i2e1 spokesperson at various occasions or forums, as may be deemed important and necessary to grow i2e1 business.

Minimum qualifications:

• Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, MBA or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• 4+ years of experience in a related field

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing delivery teams

• Experience in front end business growth role.
