We at Hypofriend are creating a new environment for mortgage brokers, with powerful tools to help you guide customers in their decisions, thus creating an empowering & rewarding environment. Admin software for client tracking and communication, presentation software for on-line and live consultations, powerful visual and numerical aids, calculators and methods that competitors do not even dream off. We seek to eliminate all the repetitive processes that take you away from your customers. 

Your Responsibilities:
You will be directly responsible for your customers, referrals from happy customers, and appointments that come in through our marketing initiatives. 

You will guide your clients through the entire mortgage process, from explaining the rationale of renting for buying to identifying individual financing solutions, to successful placement with one of our partner banks. 

You will be the key contact person for your clients. You will advise them individually and with a high degree of independence.

You will create a best in class advisory service, offering high-quality recommendations efficiently keeping your customer fully informed throughout the process, putting the customer first & empathising with purpose. 

You will manage your ongoing pipeline of clients proactively, efficiently & effectively.

The Candidate will:

Be proactive

Be customer focussed. You have a desire to help your customers in some of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Have a good sense for numbers and financial solutions. 

Have high ethical standards—customers come first, not commissions.

Bring communication skills, notably the ability to understand the customer, make them feel at ease, and convey complex topics in an easy-to-understand way.

Welcomes a steep learning curve

Wants to work as part of a team to achieve what is best for their customer. 

Have sound working knowledge of German and English (both spoken and written) 

Be eager to help us improve the mortgage industry and experience

Be organized & able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

We will in particular consider those who completed an economics or finance degree followed by a successful experience in the distribution of financial products or the retail banking sector. Applications from candidates with more or less experience, are welcome provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated.
