The job is straightforward to explain – we need a constant pipeline of new business, your job will be to find and deliver it.
We are looking for someone to come in and ramp up the sales pipeline across all territories. Ideally this person will be a self starter. Someone who thrives working autonomously, and is passionate about online marketing and startups.
You’ll be working very closely with the managing directors with the idea that your sales skills will be complemented by their technical knowledge. You’ll be expected to use your initiative and take responsibility for:
- Lead generation
- Nurturing of prospect relationships through to the conversion to client status
- Finding and submitting response to suitable tender opportunities
- Setting our strategy for acquiring new business
You will earn a percentage of the turnover for all new business you generate for the company. This will not be capped in any way. At start the renumeration will be based on performance. A base salary can be negotiated after a 3 month trial period.
About You:
You’ll have a proven sales track record, ideally in a marketing related company. Moreover you will be a natural salesperson:
- Your first instinct is to pick up the phone and call
- You find it easy to strike up a rapport with people
- You’re naturally upbeat and are aware sales is a numbers game
- You’re tenacious and hard working
- You’re constantly coming up with new ways to find business
Roles/Responsibilities:

- help further develop service/website
Your heroic skills:
- Track record in a marketing orgaization
- Deep knowledge about the crypto ecosystem
- Strong organization and time management skills
- 3+ years of extensive experience in Sales, experience in B2B
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present data, * context and implications at all levels of the organization
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong executional drive
- English is a must, any other additional language is a plus
