About the Role
We are seeking a cutting edge Creative Director to create trailblazing social-impact and political campaigns for our mission-driven clients. You will provide creative strategies across video production, social media, photography, and design that take campaigns to the next level. This role is ideal for a creative leader that thinks big-picture and dreams about how to evolve organic conversations around social issues, community, and politics across multiple verticals including TV, social, digital, print, and OOH.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the account and cross-functional team leaders to manage senior level clients
- Develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen clients’ visual market distinction and leadership position
- Direct creative strategy and execution across services including: website, print and digital media, video production, social media, and brand development.
- Motivate and inspire creative teams - staff and freelance - and serve as overall creative lead across clients
- Direct all phases of creative work from concept through production ensuring client deliverables are met with high-quality and efficiency
- Promote creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability
- Build and support a team that collaborates with each other and owns projects that match their creative strengths and passions
