The New Business Specialist will be part of our US Payroll Services team and will primarily be responsible for supporting the go-live processes of organizations implementing Fourth’s Payroll service. This will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with new clients joining Fourth through the development and execution of the Implementation timelines and deliverable schedules.

The New Business Specialist will work collaboratively with the client, our Professional Services team, and all other cross-functional departments, to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of customized products and services, and to support the prompt resolution of any issues or problems that may arise. About the Role:

The New Business Specialist will support the development and execution of work plans; setting timelines based on service level agreements, and monitoring the progress through completionTrack and manage YTD and historical payroll imports and reconciliationsEnsure timely and accurate parallel payrolls are processed using knowledge of payroll, taxes, workers' comp, benefits, deductions, and Wage and Hour laws Perform quality control audits Maintain subject matter expertise on all Fourth product offerings and systematic/technical upgrades Work with dedicated implementation team to develop and maintain client profile for ongoing relationship Serve as client's point of contact to recommend/negotiate strategic implementation timelines as it relates to payroll product and service deliverables. Assess and orchestrate the resolution of client payroll/HR issues on a daily basis, as needed Track, monitor, and escalate activity and service issues, as neededInitiate and maintain client contact and business information in the system throughout the new business service phase

About You:

Experience consulting with customers on payroll and business systems implementations and processingStrong working knowledge of and expertise inpayroll and benefits regulations and processesAdvanced skills in HR software platforms and HRIS systemsAbility to quickly understand customer requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledgeExperience with customer-facing presentations, solutions demonstration, trainings, and meeting facilitationsFluent in oral and written English; additional language skills will be an advantageIntermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills Ability to work independently and deliver to timelines Focused, with a high attention to detail Analytical, logical, and organizedComfortable working in a team environment, yet confident enough to achieve your results in an independent mannerFriendly, polite, professional, and flexible
