This is an opportunity for the right person to build and develop opportunities in the Contract Catering sector with the support of an established, global and industry leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company. Businesses around the world rely on Fourth to share sensitive information safely and securely online – anywhere, anytime.
We are seeking an experienced, energetic salesperson to help continue and accelerate the growth of our industry standard solution. As part of the UK team this role will be focused on diversifying in to increasing both revenue and market share and cementing our position as the market leader.
The Senior Sales Manager will report to our VP of Sales (EMEA). Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: ·Working closely with leadership to help build and execute a go-to-market strategy for the target sectors. ·Selling the complete Fourth solution and services into Contract Catering sectors.·Matching the Fourth solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.·Meeting performance goals associated with quota achievement and sales activity.·Develop Account based marketing activities to effectively target key stake holders.·An ability to build dynamic relationship mapping of an opportunity so that you can effectively identify and influence key decision makers.·Develop a new business pipeline ·Working closely and effectively with The Fourth Relationship managers (Customer Success Team) and Sales Engineer/Solution Architects to meet all client integration and technical requirements.·Staying one step ahead of the sector by having a deep understanding of shifts in the industry trends.·Cultivating deep and wide relationships with key clients and decision makers resulting in building a reference-able client base. ·Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Adeptness and accuracy in forecasting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.·Managing all information in our Salesforce.com CRM system.·Must be willing to travel to customer locations and Covent Garden based office (once appropriate to do so) Measurement

Required Skills and Experience
·Have excellent planning and organizational skills. Have experience selling SaaS/Cloud solutions to C-level executives and IT· Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales or business development as an Account Manager ·Have experience selling value-based solutions and experience managing complex sales cycles into Contract Catering.·Have software application domain experience. Ideally SaaS.·A can do attitude who always drives initiative. ·Are excited to be on the front lines of a fast-paced and growing team in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment.·Are creative and enthusiastic about building something from the ground up.·Are customer oriented and a genuine relationship builder ·Are self-motivated and goal oriented·Have excellent interpersonal skills.·Have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
