Sr Product Manager, Human Capital Management
About the RoleAs the Product Manager, you will be responsible for evolving the Fourth/HotSchedules HR platform as we bring our latest and most comprehensive product to market. This role requires you to set the overall product vision, execute product strategy, and build/evangelize our product culture and mentor and grow a first-in-class product and design team. As the U.S. HR Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy for ATS, Onboarding, HR and Payroll Integration in the US.
Responsibilities:Lead the strategy, vision and prioritization of product features that elevate Fourth/HotSchedules as a premier restaurant-focused HR solution and delivering a synergistic end to end experience. Gather requirements both internally and externally and work with the product decisions teams to prioritize that work into quarterly roadmapsProvide UX and design with the context and feedback that they need to build wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designsWork closely with development and QA teams in multiple geographic locations in a collaborative and iterative process to launch projects on a timely basisPlan and manage product roll-out and assist with the day-to-day operational support post roll-outAnalyze product performance and make sound decisions on what to do nextPrepare the organization for change with product marketing and support resources
Qualifications:Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years product management experience with others HR SaaS providers Ability to lead with an enthusiastic, high-energy and motivating approach, who is visibly passionate and is capable of inspiring and motivating a fast growing teamIdeal candidate will have experience with multi-variate testing, KPI driven business decision making and leveraging data as a productDemonstrate successful delivery of multiple product cyclesMust be entrepreneurial and have excellent communication skills up and down the organizationMust be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of the latest technical standards and best practices in site usability and iterative product developmentSolution and team oriented while demonstrating the ability to work independentlyBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of the restaurant or services industry a plus
