We are seeking an exceptional software sales professional with a demonstrated track record of success in sales of workforce management, HCM, supply chain and inventory solutions.This position will play a key role in driving revenue into a large account base.Experience selling complex, multi-product portfolio solutions is highly important.This position represents a tremendous career and financial opportunity for the right individual who commits to becoming a key player in growing an ambitious company.This position will help us generate new logo business by selling our software solutions, building strong relationships, and identifying customer needs.Candidate must be capable of making persuasive product presentations and closing business through logical, incremental steps.• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives• Establish and expand relationships within the territory• Develop prospects that are excited to share their success story with others• Communicate challenges and solutions with your management team• Assess level of objection, risk and mitigation using corporate guidelinesThe ideal candidate is a self-motivated and passionate professional that embodies our values and fosters teamwork.The top priorities for this position include understanding prospect goals and initiatives, meeting prospect success goals, and ensuring prospects realize, grow, and reference their received value from our software.She/he will have an outstanding track record and reputation for achieving sales goals.She/he will be sharp, professionally aggressive, and love to hunt.Must have 5+ years of experience and knowledge of:• SaaS Sales• Experienced with outcome-based selling• Proven record of influencing, negotiating, and closing sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis• Solid understanding of the need to utilize CRM in an effective way to follow consultative and key insight sales processes, manage lead opportunities and create accurate forecasts• Exceptional presentation and listening skillsOur Story - In July 2019, Fourth joined forces with HotSchedules to become the global leader in end-to-end restaurant and hospitality management technology solutions.Together, they now represent the world's largest and only provider of end-to-end restaurant and hospitality management solutions for customers across the globe and of all sizes - from a single location or franchisee restaurant to a global restaurant or hotel chain.The combined company's complete software-as-service (SaaS) solution suite includes:scheduling, time & attendance, applicant tracking, training, inventory management / procurement, HR / benefits and payroll services now serves customers in 120,000 locations worldwide and is supported by a dedicated, unified team across offices in the US, UK, Bulgaria, China, Australia and UAE.
