About the Role
This position is for a high performance sales consultant that will be tasked with generating recurring revenue for our employer solutions' platforms. This team focuses on Fourth's payroll services products that include payroll and tax services, HRO and PEO platforms. This position will need to hunt, farm and collaborate with other teams to generate opportunities. The consultant will then drive the sales process from discovery and proposal through closing.
Experience selling multi-product portfolio solutionsDemonstrated ability to develop and deliver persuasive product presentations and close business through logical, incremental stepsSelf-motivated and passionate professional that embodies our values and fosters teamworkPossess an outstanding track record and reputation for achieving sales goalsMentally agile, professionally dynamic, with a love for "hunting" and developing new business opportunitiesMust have significant experience and strong subject matter expertise with SaaS sales and outcome-based sellingProven record of influencing, negotiating, and closing sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisSolid understanding of the need to utilize CRM in an effective way to follow consultative and key insight sales processes, manage lead opportunities and create accurate forecastsExceptional presentation and listening skills
