The company is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to lead the QA Strategy and unification of testing processes across Fourth’s systems by delivering a technical vision and roadmap that supports company's business strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Defining the QA strategy, tooling and frameworks is one part of the role, the other is rolling out to our Engineering organization, guiding throughout it and adapting it to successful results. · Be amongst the go to people at Fourth for testing consultancy and can provide.· Continues to seek out new technologies and the smartest ways to solve the problems of Fourth and our customers.· Define methods and metrics for test effectiveness in order to achieve higher product quality.· Oversee the test frameworks that are used across the Engineering organization. Support in designing reusable business-level tests.· Actively contributes to the creation and execution of plans, effectively managing risks and issues during the course of the delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Experience of implementing and promoting test automation best practice· Ability to analyze QA processes and drive improvements· Minimum 3 years practical experience with designing Test Automation frameworks· Non-Functional test automation experience· Ability to provide test automation training· Knowledge of DevOps practices and applying them in the delivery process· Hands on experience on similar role in the past· Working and collaborating on technical level with multiple software engineering teams· Advanced English (written and spoken)
