We are seeking an exceptional enterprise-software sales professional with a demonstrated track record of success in sales of workforce management, HCM, supply chain and inventory solutions to enterprise prospects. This position will play a key role in driving revenue into a large account base. Experience selling complex multi-product portfolio solutions is highly important. This position represents a tremendous career and financial opportunity for the right individual who commits to becoming a key player in growing an ambitious company.
This position will require extensive travel (post-Covid and/or when it can accommodated within appropriate health & safety standards), and will support the generation of net-new logo business through sales of the Fourth + HotSchedules suite of software solutions and services. Candidate must be capable of making persuasive product presentations, articulating compelling value propositions, and closing business through logical, incremental steps.
About the Role:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives• Establish and expand relationships within the territory • Develop prospects that are excited to share their success story with others• Communicate challenges and solutions with your management team• Assess level of objection risk and mitigation using corporate guidelines
• Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales• Significant experience leading sales cycles involving multiple-internal and external stakeholders• Experienced with outcome-based selling• Proven record of influencing, negotiating, and closing sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Solid track record of effectively utilizing a CRM to facilitate consultative and key insight sales processes, manage lead opportunities and create accurate pipelines and forecasts • Exceptional presentation and listening skills
