The Opportunity:

Hooked is looking for a Regional Sales Lead to help grow Hooked’s restaurant base in Auburn|AL, Columbia|SC, and College Park|MD. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of face to face sales and have an established track record of developing productive partnerships with key decision makers to drive revenue opportunities. Job description:
As the Regional Sales Lead your initial territories will include Auburn|AL, Columbia|SC, and College Park|MD. You will be responsible for seeking out new restaurant partners, communicating the value of Hooked with key decision-makers of prospective accounts via phone and face to face meetings, and building productive relationships.

This position will require over 80% travel to your respective territories.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary + stock options in the company. As a core leader of Hooked, you will have the ability to grow quickly as we have our sights on national expansion.

Your Main Focus:

• Work with the Head of National Sales to grow our number of restaurant partners in Auburn, Columbia and College Park.
• Source, develop, and close sales partnerships
• Conduct daily cold calls, walk-in meetings, and schedule in person presentations
• Have a strong phone, email, and face to face sales ability.
• Exceed individual high-volume sales goals
• Develop an internal process to build long term capability for sustained growth


• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Highly adaptable to changing environments
• Candidate must have an entrepreneurial and self-starting mentality
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours. All restaurants do not operate on 9-to- 5 schedules
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, or related area
• Familiarity with SalesForce.com
• Experience working remotely is a plus
