Execute of digital marketing, affiliates and partners.

Job requirements:
Leading a team of Account Managers and Business Developers, focusing on generating new partnerships as well as increasing revenues for our existing partners.
Leading key business development activities, from the exploratory phase to the launch and the expansion of partnerships.
Representing Hominems holistically in front of key partners.
Improving business results, reporting to senior management and communicating closely with various internal senior stakeholders.
Ensuring the fit of the Associates activities with other key Marketing channels (mass advertising, search, social media, email, push notifications ...)

The Ideal Candidate
Interest on becoming part of a early stage start up and take a lot of responsibilities.
Passion for shopping and consumer trends and spending
Keen interest in ‘what’s on’ wearable tech and smart garments.
Analytical skills
Prior experience within the Affiliate/Digital Marketing and SEO/SEM space preferred, although we will also consider self-starters that are willing to learn quickly how the agile Affiliate/Online Partner-Marketing space works.
Evidence of managing relationships with media publishers

Experience in Business Development for start ups with the goal to recruit new partners.
Significant and relevant experience or knowledge leading Sales & Account Management teams in the e-commerce sector – ability to coach team members in business development, partner negotiations, tools, processes and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to source, launch and expand successful partnerships.
Excellent written and oral communication skills - ability to articulate ideas (cut right to the case) and persuade stakeholders, at ease when dealing with senior management.
Ability to prioritize based on business and/or customer impact.
Ability to quickly build credibility with external partners and internal senior Amazon stakeholders.
Ability to understand global e-commerce trends and translate them into business opportunities.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities in parallel.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done.
Fluency in English and German
