Property Manager - Remote$35k – $55k
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational, sales, and financial aspects of properties including budget control, leasing, and maintenance requests. You will act as the senior operator for all of these roles.

Hours for this role (and all roles at HomeRoom) can be incredibly demanding (24/7 availability for maintenance emergencies, 9-9 availability for leasing calls, nights, and weekends availability needed for projects). Leasing - complete ownership of portfolio-wide occupancy rates
Coordinate in house maintenance team and assist outside vendors with property issues
Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
Gradually improve all processes beneath your umbrella of responsibility
1 - 3 years of property experience
At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
A knack for improving processes and finding a better way to do things
Tech-savvy - can launch and integrate new systems
Curious - always looking for new better options and insights
Positive & outcome-focused - When others complain, you find a solution
Elite software and computer skills (coding a plus)
Experience at a venture-funded early-stage startup
