Selling or buying a home is a stressful, uncertain process that takes months.

At Homeloop, we are on a mission to make it easy, fast and secure to switch homes by making buying and selling an apartment stress-free and instant. Since we started in 2017, we have built a state-of-the art technology and bought and sold properties for a total value exceeding 10m €. We now have the ambition to grow the number of properties purchased in our existing markets, open new markets and explore new services allowing to simplify the experience of buying and selling properties.

About the role

You’re a creative coder, a damn-good developer, and always looking to grow your skillset. There are plenty of opportunities out there for you, but Homeloop offers what might be difficult to find: the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, while building the products that will redefine the experience of buying and selling properties in France.

At Homeloop, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the public websites. This includes both:
- The vendor platform, homeloop.fr, which you will transform from a lead acquisition website to a complete online client platform for a fully digital home selling experience
- The buyer platform you will build from scratch, with best-in-class design and UX to showcase “Homeloop approved” properties and provide a great buying experience

You are extremely autonomous and eager to make decisions on architecture / technological stack. You also have the ambition to build a team of full-stack developers from scratch.

Here are the first few missions you will work on:
- Maintain the existing tech stack, including the pricing APIs and scripts used for BI purposes;
- Develop a visit planification feature, with complex availability rules, and integrate it on the vendor platform
- Develop processes / tools allowing homebuyers to visit properties on their own
- Design data visualizations, using technologies like D3.js, and integrate them in our vendor platform, to communicate our analysts conclusions to our clients

Your profile / skills:
- Web development experience (personal or professional projects)
- Ruby on Rails or NodeJS
- Angular, React or another popular JS framework
- UI/UX Design Knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience in a startup environment is a big plus
