At Home our mission is to make housing better for everyone. We're obsessed with creating a wow experience for our customers. This means we are focusing on building a new housing experience by renting apartments from landlords on a long-term basis. Simply put we rent the apartment to tenants. We guarantee rent and take care of the operational aspects of managing the apartment. The tenant pays us rent, and we pay the landlord theirs - even if the tenant doesn’t pay us on time. In order to build the best housing experience out there, we are looking for an experienced Partnerships & Sales Lead with the goal to accelerate the acquisition of apartment inventory.

You'll have the freedom to experiment with new growth techniques internally and the agency to represent Home externally, paving the way for us to become the best rental space in Germany and beyond. Your main tasks will be representing Home and Home's interests to external stakeholders on the supply side of the housing market.

Joining us you will become a key partner in gradually growing your own team of eager Partnerships & Sales Managers to structure our outbound acquisition. To start off with, you will work with and directly manage Growth Manager stars like Sophie. As a Partnership & Sales Lead you will also report directly to C-level on strategic decisions.

With your analytical and interpersonal skills, we trust you to identify, approach and convert partners to build longterm sustainable partnerships with different players, from international property developers to local housing corporations. This role will challenge you to think cross-departmental and team centric in a dynamic digital startup environment. A strong goal driven attitude will help balance important priorities with urgent demands, knowing when to rally the team to celebrate the small victories along the way too.

Main responsibilities:

Accelerating the acquisition of apartment inventory by owning all supply generation measures.
Representing Home in key negotiations with everything from international property developers to local housing corporations and corporate real estate players.
Educating landlords about what we offer to attract and increase property owners interest.
Implementing and innovating new ways to strategise growth to ensure that partnerships are optimised for longterm sustainable success.
Building & executing solid internal sales processes.
Working cross functionally across the company by managing both internal and external stakeholder expectations.
Coaching existing team and helping in hiring a best-in-class Partnerships & Sales team going forward.
Main requirements:

+3 years client facing work experience with an analytical focus ideally in the fields of real estate or digital property technology.
Experience in working with a sales CRM tool to efficiently input and track results.
You don't easily take a no for an answer, and hustle yourself through obstacles with a grit to pull through even the toughest of negotiations.
Excellent written and spoken communication and negotiation skills, your spelling and grammar should be exquisite in German, as well as comfortable spoken and written in English.
You have some experience in contract structuring and drafting within the real estate field.
You are a real people's person and get energy out of meeting new people.
You’re a self-starter with a ‘doer’ mentality and heaps of positive energy.
Proven mentorship skills.
