About the role:
We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to seek and establish new relationships. You must be comfortable making numerous daily calls, generating interest, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years experience in a similar role and will be located in the greater Chicagoland area and have previous experience selling into SMB's (would be really neat to have some experience related to the home services space).


Responsibilities
· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective SMB's
· Understand client needs and requirements
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships
· Reach out to and close SMB leads through cold calling as well as from inbound marketing channels
· Close sales and achieve assigned quotas
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
· Provide management with feedback on partner needs, problems, and interests.

Requirements
· Strong phone presence and experience doing heavy outbound calls each day
· Proven work experience as a sales representative
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
· Ability to build productive business relationships
· Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
· Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
