Sawyer, the out of school enrichment solution for modern parents, is searching for a goal-oriented and highly entrepreneurial Customer Success Associate to join our exciting and fast-paced Customer Success team. You’ll join an innovative, mission-driven organization and be at the apex of our business, delivering delightful support and service to our customers. You must consider yourself an “all around athlete” and be willing to try new things, be very proactive and want to get your hands dirty! You will be mentored and trained by more senior team members but you will be expected to learn the ins and outs of the software and provide top notch support. This position reports directly to the Senior Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities:
-Provide high level, empathetic customer support and maintain partnership relationships via email and on the phone
-Go through product training and become fully knowledgeable in the software
-Conduct training calls and support calls
-Become an expert in the product and manage day to day business requests (bugs, new feature requests, general troubleshooting etc.. ) and deliver detail-oriented solutions to our customers
-Work alongside the engineer teams and design to understand the product and help to strategize around key feature needs.
-Manage and maintain customer happiness by being attuned to Provider’s needs, requests and struggles always with a positive attitude.
-Feels comfortable in a hectic day to day environment and can train non tech savvy customers to use technology products and make them feel pleased with their experience!
-Feels comfortable with consumer products and enjoys being “in the know” from a tech standpoint.


About you:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-A patient and calming presence
-Highly organized
-Eagerness to learn / growth mindset
-Consider yourself ‘tech savvy’
-Ability to work in the Brooklyn office
-Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills (Be able to provide a writing example)
-Strong problem solving skills
-"Can do" attitude with a desire to make an impact at a start-up organization
-1-2 years of experience working in a customer service focused environment is a plus
