Sawyer, the technology platform that connects parents with providers of the best out of school education and enrichment activities, is searching for someone to lead the efforts for Demand Generation and work directly with our sales team and SVP of Revenue. You’ll join an innovative, mission-driven organization and be the first member of this team that will be directly responsible for helping our business get to the next level.

The Demand Generation Manager will be a master at developing, executing, scaling, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand generation programs and campaigns that will be a significant growth driver for Sawyer. In addition, you’ll be the first member of this team so your fingerprints will be all over the future structure of this part of the organization.

Prior digital marketing, demand generation, and B2B marketing experience in an SMB capacity is a must - our ideal candidate will be familiar with CRM, marketing automation and analytics software such as Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot and Salesforce.

What You'll Do:

Lead all B2B demand generation marketing initiatives for Sawyer.

-Build a demand generation function from the ground up
-Oversee, optimize, and scale our demand generation strategy to generate a robust marketing pipeline focusing on the development of Leads, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
-Forecast, analyze, and develop action plans to improve the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
-Drive the lead follow-up process for all campaigns and track program performance
-Manage and enforce the execution of email automation processes including creation of landing pages, tracking codes, content implementation, opt-in programs, scoring, segmentation, and reporting
-Develop the framework to track and report marketing performance, overseeing the collection of performance data, program analysis and reporting on the results
-Analyze marketing and sales data, identify key insights/trends, and present recommendations
-Manage current vendor relationships and oversee new vendor research, trial implementation, and selection process for SEO, paid advertising, and reporting
-Create and manage an ABM strategy for larger providers in the space
-Build out additional marketing programs to drive inbound leads including webinars, 3rd party media and landing pages
-Maintain internal campaign calendar, and communicate updates to the larger marketing and sales organization
-Create processes and structure that sets the team up to scale

About You:

-5+ years of marketing programs experience, with a focus on paid media, email and digital marketing, specifically in the SMB space
-Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on leading campaign performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI
-Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation (Hubspot/Pardot) systems.
-Experience with Google Analytics, Adwords, and additional Martech tools
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
-Have a “test & learn” mindset with the mentality to continually assess KPIs to monitor business performance
-Highly organized, great attention to detail and deadline driven
-Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, self-motivated and a team player
-Excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
