Customer Support Manager (Martech SaaS experience)

Job Responsibilities :

- Learn and understand all the technical and non-technical aspects of the product.
- Assist customer via text, voice and video based chat.
- Manage customer queries across channels - chatbox, email, social media inbox and comments
- Manage and update customer CRM.
- Create bi-weekly reports on new customer queries, bugs, feedback and issues reported.
- Manage Tickets and customer follow-ups.

- 2+ year experience working in a role with similar responsibilities in Global SaaS startup.
- Bonus - experience/knowledge of e-commerce / advanced digital marketing products.
