As a part of our fast growing team, we are looking for an experienced Growth Manager / Lead Generation Specialist / CRM Specialist (m/w/d) in fulltime who can contribute, take ownership, and help us scale our product and business.


- Co-Own Our Lead Generation Process: Focus on lead generation and high volume customer acquisition e-mail campaigns, customer lifetime value and much more - you will implement and execute our lead generation strategy to increase our B2B customer base and help us reach the next level with cross-channel marketing initiatives
- Translate Strategy into Client-Centric Marketing Activities: Identify impacts and dependencies for other marketing activities - extract insights from customer data and define intelligent segmentation to fuel our personalization and cross-channel communication initiatives
- Cross-Departmental Project Work: Partner with the HeyJobs Sales, Account Management, Operations and Product Team to identify new opportunities in marketing technology to continuously update the team on new capabilities

- Be an expert in email marketing and marketing automation and help us to execute and track cross-channel campaigns
- Improve our lead-gen automation capabilities with a focus on customer acquisition
- Implement new and improve existing CRM systems
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Design and draft email and all other forms of relevant marketing campaigns (e.g. Linkedin, xing)
- Utilize multiple data sources to develop new ideas for customer segmentation


- You are strongly tech-driven and always looking for a way to improve & automate processes in order to scale the business to the next level
- You have very relevant experience working in lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns
- You have experience with marketing technology, specifically Campaign Management and Data Management Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Persistiq, etc.)
- You are a data-driven and AB test champion, being able to convert data into high-value business decisions
- You have extensive experience in all aspects of customer life cycle management for a high-growth company
- Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
