Customer Success Associate$6k – $12k
As a Customer Success Associate, you will play an integral role in delivering an outstanding experience to our customers and partners. Excellent communication, creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of our technology will be essential for you to excel in the role. You will also identify workflow and functionality gaps that should be improved or resolved as we prepare to blitzscale our operations across the region. Your end goal is to increase productivity and impact – internally and externally. You will be a Customer Experience Rockstar in a team that executes fast and efficiently - we play to win.
Learn the ins-and-outs of Helpling: Be the smartest person in the room about our technology, product, and processes when interacting with our customers and partners
Retain existing relationships: Provide efficient, effective, and real-time assistance to our customers and partners via phone, Whatsapp, email, or chat. Stakeholder retention is everything in our business.
Achieve KPI targets: Make sure our customers and partners recognize that we are laser-focused on their satisfaction by resolving their issues and keeping them updated in a timely fashion
Consolidate feedback: Share insights in a structured manner that will help improve product and processes – you're the eyes and ears of what's happening on the ground
Ready and excited to take on a high degree of ownership and accountability
Great communication skills – you are able to listen to and talk to anyone and everyone in all kinds of situations
Quick thinker, resilient and eager to tackle new, complex, and/or unstructured problems
Self-motivation and an enjoyment for a startup environment, including a thick skin and the ability to deal just as well with the hard days as the good days
Native fluency in English and right to work in Malaysia
Bonus: Multiple languages, customer service experience in the hospitality industry, and/or operations experience in startups
