We partner with local businesses to make sure our users are getting the ultimate experience when they use Hellofriend. As a Sales Associate, your job will be to constantly add new businesses as well as ensure our business partners are also getting a remarkable client experience.
What You'll Do
At Hellofriend, we move fast! You will have the chance to immerse yourself in our company culture and get trained from the get-go. We do this to maximize your learning and to make sure you are fully trained to take on any challenges.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be managing the ongoing local business operations of Hellofriend and be part of a network of sales interns in your area. You’ll be responsible for business development for our growing network of business partners, managing the ongoing relationship with existing businesses and helping refine our go-to-market strategy and strategic business initiatives. You will help us:
Grow our network of business partners by identifying new leads
Conduct introductory/follow-up calls and meetings
Onboard new businesses and successfully manage their relationship with Hellofriend; communicate effectively to understand their needs
Resolve business inquiries and create sales material to present to our partners
