Over the last 2 years, we've built a very powerful prospecting and email outreach platform. Hello Outreach is a bootstrapped company with a market validated service. We have a platform that works, clients that pay, and plenty of available markets to go after. Our team today is small and nimble, and we need help scaling!

We operate totally remotely, plugging in anywhere from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe, Louisiana, and the Philippines. When we do happen to be in the same place, we make it a priority to plan “chair lift meetings,” and have a rule to never schedule a team meeting the morning of a powder day. Don’t feel too bad for our team member in Louisiana though, he’s still able to play all the golf he wants since we plan our work hours around the times we feel the most productive.

### The Product

Our platform gets results that are unheard of in traditional cold email outreach. When we run campaigns, our open rates are as high has 90% and our positive response rates have been as high as 40%. Our strongest sales pitch currently is that we can completely replace a SDR/BDR hire with our services.

### Goal of this Position

Strategize, build, and launch email outreach campaigns on behalf of our clients. Effectively book meetings that create a positive ROI and ensure they will continue to use our services.

### Your Tasks

- Conduct strategy meetings that determine a client’s business goals, buyer personas, and sales opportunities.
- Build highly targeted prospect lists using our proprietary prospecting tools.
- Write B2B sales copy for use in Email and Linkedin outreach.
- Project management to ensure campaigns are built and launched on-time.
- Hold strategic meetings with the client to analyze performance and suggest new tactics.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with clients (weekly update emails, review meetings, feedback loop within the platform).
- Do all of this for 10+ clients at once.

- Analytical: You are able to structure and process quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
- Creative: Writing comes naturally, and are able to match someone else’s voice and tone while coming up with creative, attention-grabbing pitches.
- Detailed: You don’t let important details slip through the cracks, and enjoy thinking critically on small changes that can lead to big results.
- Proactive: As a member of a small, remote team, you act without being told what to do and always take initiative.

### Compensations

This is a full time position, with the option of starting with contract part time work. We are an early stage company, so if you are a rockstar, equity is on the table.
