Got customer love? Bring it to Heist! We call our customers our co-conspirators, who are coming with us on our mission to liberate women from bad underwear. We’re looking for permanent and contract customer experience *champions* to join the Heist movement, giving our co-conspirators a liberating, best ever customer journey. This is an entry level position - we're looking for people who are passionate about great customer experiences and want to grow and learn.

About Heist

Heist exists to serve women by making them feel seen, heard and included with underwear that makes them feel and look good.

All women are different, their experience of underwear is universal: bad.

Set up in 2015, Heist has raised $10m from some of the world's leading investors to build Lab12 an in-house innovation laboratory. This team applies the same level of physiological research and technological innovation to underwear that has previously been applied to the sportswear category. Heist has seen 20% month on month sales growth from October 2015 to April 2018 and received funding from investors including Net-a-Porter founder, Natalie Massenet, Bella Freud and Alexa Chung investor, Pembroke VCT, and the founders of the Innocent Drinks company.

Our Customer Collective team

Sat within our Customer Collective Team, as a Customer Collective Champion, you’ll be on the front line of our mission to liberate women from bad underwear. Helping our co-conspirators with payment queries, giving advice, sharing product info on our innovative underwear and hosiery and resolving any issues so they leave us *happy* every time.

We treat our co-conspirators as individuals – no CX robots here! So you’ll get to use your own voice, initiative, creativity and budget to create best ever customer journeys.

There’s also opportunity to show your sales skills through customer conversions and cross-sale on live chat and email.

We aim to keep Heist on the cutting edge, so our team keep ahead of developments in customer experience through events, networking and CX research. We invest in our people and as we rapidly grow there will be opportunities for our CX team to grow in new, exciting roles.

Your experience

Previous experience in customer service in any industry and knowledge of Zendesk is a big plus
Bachelor's degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree if applying for a part-time role with an excellent academic record
Passion to create best ever customer experience
Resilient and calm during stressful times, aka Black Friday!
Adaptable communication style, flexing to our customers’ communication preferences and email/live chat environments
Comprehensive Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills and ability to work with data for reporting purposes
Meticulous attention to detail and good work ethic
In addition to experience, must be eligible to work in the UK
