We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our team on a full time basis. The data analyst will be responsible for establishing data collection, data processes and implementing data quality processes that allow us to deliver to clients across the world.

Together with the Data Science team, you will collaborate with the Head of Design, the Tech Lead and our remote engineering team based in Ukraine. From design and delivery, you will work as a cross-functional team to shape our products, fast paced growing company and international infrastructure, currently in Asia, America, and Europe.
• Identify important and interesting questions and translate those questions into concrete analytical tasks.
• Bring new data to answer client questions – collating and organising data from multiple sources
• Apply analytical techniques and tools to extract and present new insights to clients using reports and/or interactive dashboards
• Relay complex concepts and data into visualisations
• Collaborate with other team members (data scientists) to find the best solution for our products
• Design, build, test and maintain backend code (Establish data processes, define data quality criteria, Implement data quality processes)
• Take ownership of the codebase, suggest improvements, refactoring, etc.
• Be an active member of scrum team

• Python, or any other backend programming language (you must be willing to learn Python in such case)
• Data Analytics: 2 years (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any quantitative field
• Good test-driven development habits
• Version control (ideally Git)
• Data visualisation

A plus
• An understanding of insurance and/or health analytics
• Keen interest in AI and machine learning
• Ability to work in Agile environment
