Position summary: You, our Talent Sourcing Manager, based in our San Mateo corporate office, will be a key member of our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly scaling startup in the healthcare space. Join a family instead of being one of many.

Role: You will work closely with hiring managers to manage recruitment marketing programs, proactively identify profiles of interest, secure candidate screening interviews, interact with outside recruiters when necessary and coordinate screening activities. Reporting line: The Talent Sourcing Manager reports into the CEO, but supports 2-3 hiring managers.

Location: This role is based out of HealthCrowd's offices in San Mateo, CA. Local candidates only.

Compensation: Very competitive; no cap on commissions. Additionally, stock options will be awarded on joining and may be supplemented periodically based on meeting set goals.

Specific responsibilities:
* Together with the respective hiring managers, craft ideal candidate profiles and job descriptions for each open position
* Source candidates through a variety of efforts, including posts on career pages, job boards and social networks, university recruiting and working with external recruiters
* Screen resumes and applications
* Conduct high-level conversations with candidates during the early hiring stages to assess for fit
* Coordinate on-site interview process before, during and after candidate interviews, solicit interviewer feedback, and manage process to reach next steps
* Answer candidates' queries regarding the application process
* Update candidates on interview process
* Manage recruitment pipeline activity and maintain a database to produce reports of status for all open positions
* Participate in new employee onboarding and help drive new hire orientation
* Monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment
* Be a brand advocate for HealthCrowd and generate enthusiasm in the recruiting process
* Keep abreast of pertinent job market trends and best practices

* BA/BS degree
* At least 1 year of experience in human resources and recruiting for both technical and non-recruiting roles
* Prior experience working in technology start-ups is a plus
* Effective phone skills including initiating conversations and excellent listening
* Self-starter who can take direction and execute accordingly
* Ability to prioritize to meet set goals
* Enthusiastic nature that others gravitate towards
