Telesales Intern

Role: You will be a part of the operations team and will be responsible for the firm’s growth in all directions. You will dream, think and do whatever it takes for the growth of the startup.

Major Responsibilities:

1) Interacting with a patient and gathering all the details about them
2) Interacting with doctors on the panel and scheduling their home visit
3) Follow up with the patient and doctor
4) Getting the visit done
5) Taking feedback from the patient after the doctor's visit
6) Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports

Ideal Candidate Profile:
1.Startup Enthusiast: You believe that you can change the world and are ready to push your limits for the same.
2.Experience: Stellar record in tele-calling, Past startup/operations experience is a huge plus
3.Traits: Extremely motivated, creative, entrepreneurial, energetic, analytical and hard-working; Good communication skills. Most important - willing to go that extra mile to get the work done.
