The Role

We are looking for a developer with the potential and the yearning to own complete layers in the tech stack and play a role in the direction of the product. You must be comfortable with startup environments where you have to wear multiple hats (developer/qa/devops) and navigate early stage chaos.

Specific skills/experience required:

Solid 3+ plus years of web dev experience, particularly in building scalable and performant, consumer facing API based webapps/services.
Strong dev experience with Ruby/RoR
Experience with other languages/environments like Java, Elixir, Python, Go, NodeJS will be a big plus.
Strong SQL database experience/skills is a must. Experience with NoSQL (Document, Graph etc) will be a plus.
