Harbour84 (H84) is a digital platform to help connect agile workers and business travellers with high quality workspace, on demand. We sit at the nexus of business travel and flexible working, with ambitions to provide curated workspace solutions to the mobile business community through our online solution. By 2030 70% of workers will be untethering from their desks and we are driving this market forward.

We are looking for a hands on CTO to join our team and take ownership of the platform development and technology strategy for Harbour84. You will see the “big picture” and drive the development roadmap for the business.

Using your strong technical background and excellent development skills you will develop the vision for the software characteristics and functions of the full B2B2C offering, manage its growth and scalability from MVP onwards.

On the roadmap:
SaaS solution - The heartbeat of our B2B model.
Machine learning for automation of processes.
API links to suppliers and partners.
While label solutions / plugins .
We rigorously asses each workspace with our 'Agile workplace assessment' driving the curation, it's time for a scalable solution - AWS 2.0.

You

Leadership isn't new to you, you have led the technological strategy/architecture in a scaling business, ideally across geographies.
Recruited, motivated and developed top level development teams.
Comfortable prioritising in an environment with multiple business defining tasks, able to make tactically astute technical and commercial decisions under pressure.
Launched new products, APIs and worked with partners.
Analytical: deep analytical skills.
Leadership: a motivator, able to drive highly intelligent group to consistently deliver.
Hands-on: ready to roll-up sleeves and get things done when needed.

Bonus if you have....

Experience: at least 5 years work experience.
Startup: led the tech team in a startup at Seed & Series A stage.
Fundraising: experience in the funding raise beauty pageant.
