We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organised team member to manage the day-to-day shortlet property management operations. Ideally with prior relevant experience working in a similar role in hotel or vacation rental industry. This involves:
- Respond to guest enquiries on various rental platforms
- Screen guest, check their ID & background, accept/decline the reservation
- Update database with reservation information
- Manage and approve guest check-in and check-out times
- Schedule and organise housekeeping services before the guest is due to check-in or after guest checks out
- Order linen & household supplies for housekeeping services
- Carry out housekeeping checks and guest check-ins
- Provide guest support during their stay
You will be responsible for communicating with guests, housekeepers, linen providers, handyman, estate agent etc to ensure everything runs smoothly, all our properties are spotless & sparkling, and guests are happy!
This is a part time or full time position at £8-10/hour depending on experience if you're based in London.
Remote working is possible.
There will be a 2-week on-boarding unpaid period to receive training.
