**About the team**

The Partnerships team focuses on growth through partnerships with retailers and multi-family building management companies. This particular assignment will support Handy’s partnership with a multi-billion dollar U.S. retailer.

**About this role**

Handy is looking for CX/Operations team members to help with live customer experience interactions and operations processes, unlocking growth of our partnership efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team launching a new business line from scratch!

Who are you?

- Interest in customer experience and operations
- 1-4 years professional experience
- Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Service-minded -- the desire to create a top-notch experience for customers 
- Process-oriented -- you have the ability to improve existing (and create new) processes, and provide feedback on further areas of improvement to the broader team
- Entrepreneurial / self-starter -- you are energized by the tangible results of your work
- Quick learner -- you want to dig in and get up to speed quickly
- Flexible -- you enjoy learning something new everyday and appreciate that no two days are ever the same
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Zendesk a plus, but not required
