Intermediate Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Analyzing product requirements and Producing high-quality UI design solutions through visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
• Work with the team and some external stakeholders to shape the user-centered design process
• Solve complex data flows and simplify processes to deliver impactful experiences for the end users
• Work hand-in-hand with engineers throughout implementation to ensure a highest-quality deployment
• Review the performance of the product and identify learnings or areas of improvement
• Conduct user research to create personas and test concepts
• Solve challenging UX problems in creative ways and sculpt the UI through attractive designs
• Liaise with our Senior Designer to ensure products have a consistent brand experience

Requirements

• Self-starter, focused on achieving outcomes and enjoys learning
• Experience with Fintech & Crypto would be an advantage but isn’t essential
• Highly proficient in design software such as Figma, AI or similar design tools
• 3+ years experience working on complex products
• Familiarity with all facets of UX design such as information architecture, interaction design and visual design
• Ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative data into design work
• Confidently communicate ideas and strategic rationale for design decisions to team members with technical and non technical team members
• Open to constructive feedback and always willing to learn smarter ways of working
• Able to manage and execute projects and multiple agendas in parallel.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills, enjoys responsibilities and accountabilities.
