Senior Full Stack Developer

HaloDAO is focused on building the next phase of crypto expansion by creating local stablecoin liquidity networks. We start out by building the HaloDAO Protocol, an optimised stablecoin automated market maker and lending market. HaloDAO is backed by leading Crypto VCs: QCP Capital, GBV, Spartan Group, NGC, Parataxis Capital, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working in software development with one or more of the following programming languages; Node.JS, PHP, Ruby, Python and/or Java
• Expertise in working with front end technologies and/or front end frameworks, esp React Native, ReactJS or Vue.JS
• Experience working with smart contract languages, such as Solidity
• Experience with EVM compatible tooling/languages/frameworks, such as Solidity, Truffle, NodeJS
• Proficiency in delivering products from end to end - from ideation, planning, scoping, implementation and testing
• Knowledgeable with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Experience in automated testing platforms and unit tests using tools such as (but not limited to) Mocha and Jest
• Experience in CI/CD using tools, such as (but not limited to) BitBucket Pipelines, CircleCI, Jenkins
• Expertise deploying code to cloud platforms such as Firebase or AWS
• Understanding and iterating on fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with and across teams
• Proactive, takes initiative and doesn't wait for direction

What you will do

• Work across the stack to address technical challenges anywhere in the system
• Lead dApp development and architecture
• Review pull requests from colleagues making sure best practices are being followed at all times
• Lead the development team on a day to day basis and work closely with leadership members to hit milestones and deliver product
• Mentor younger team members and help them upskill with the team
