Did you ever have issues with local authorities, your cleaners, or even your landlord because you were not speaking the same language or they were taking advantage of you?

Did you ever feel that the people around have a completely different scope of interest which makes it hard for you to connect?

We at Habyt feel called upon to flip those problems and provide a hassle-free product, and eventually an amazing (abroad) experience for our customers.

We rent out fully furnished and fully serviced co-living apartments to young professionals, entrepreneurs, and freelancers. We'll make sure that flatmates will get along very well and create a community around all of our customers/members.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Be a single point of contact for our users for their journey with Habyt;
- Help out on the ongoing support of our users;
- Prioritize and manage requests and keep support tickets up to date;
- Schedule, oversee, and assist contractors, ensuring the safety, quality, and cleanliness of work performed;
- Manage the Habyt Community and ensure of the well-being of its members;
- Event planning: organize community events every month;
- Customer relations: keep the community happy and engaged;
- In charge of the move-in process: key handover, welcome package and welcoming the new members.

REQUIREMENTS

- You have worked in customer-facing positions (Front Desk, Customer Support, Community Management);
- You are outgoing and highly sociable;
- You thrive on communication, both written and verbal, you are proficient with social medias;
- You have experience in event organisation;
- You have are fluent in English (German and Spanish are a plus);
- You are highly detail oriented and can handle routine work;
- Strong international background through work and study abroad;
- You have a passion for real estate, shared living and Habyt mission;
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment;
- You can keep yourself accountable and able to work without well-worn paths or established protocols.
